Good Conscience

Luna Linen cares for the Earth so all shipments will be sent in fully biodegradable packaging and compostable post packs.

All of our sheets are sewn by a small, family run enterprise in Australia.

 

Linen care

All our sheets are made from 100% Belgian flax linen. As linen is a natural product there may be subtle differences in texture and colour from sheet to sheet.

As your linen sheets wear they will only become softer and more luxurious. Imperfections, irregularities and colour changes are normal and should be enjoyed.

To ensure a long life, wash sheets in cold or warm water with a mild detergent. Line dry in the shade and enjoy them un-ironed – when they are at their most beautiful!

 

Shipping

We use Australia Post or Sendle (depending on service area) to get your sheets to you. Orders will be dispatched within two working days of purchase.

Shipping is free for all orders within Australia. Fees for international shipping will be calculated at checkout.

A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched. Delivery should be expected 3-5 days from date of order however, Luna Linen will not be held responsible for any delays occurring due to fault of postal or courier company.

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

 

We accept refunds or exchanges on items purchased at full price within 7 days of purchase, in unused and original condition. All customers wishing to return or exchange an item must notify us via hello@lunalinen.com.au.

Items being sent back for refund or exchange must be done so via registered post at the expense of the customer. In the case of an exchange, the customer must include a pre-paid shipping envelope with the item being exchanged.

All items must be packed carefully to avoid any damage as items damaged in any way will not be accepted for issue of refund or exchange.

Refund or exchange will not occur until item has been received and checked by a member of our team.

All sale and promo code items are 'final sale' and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

Faulty Items

If your item is within 6 months of purchase and you find it to have a manufacturing fault please contact us via hello@lunalinen.com.au with detailed description and clear photographs of the issue.

Our team will look at each case on an individual basis and choose the best course of action - whether to repair, refund or replace.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault and will not be eligible for refund. Our items can be delicate and should be handled and stored carefully.
